Crypto Asset Fundamental Analysis applies machine learning and statistical models to large blockchain and price datasets to understand the behavior of crypto assets via a number of indicators that are actionable and easily understood. We decided to launch ITB because we believe that crypto is a new asset class that needs new analytics. All other financial markets deliver intelligence to investors. Technical and Quant Analysis are limited in their ability to explain crypto asset behavior, while regular fundamental analysis does not really apply to crypto assets. Crypto Asset Fundamental Analysis should be the new framework to value and understand assets in our industry.

We spend a tremendous amount of time and energy trying to understand investor needs and coming up with indicators that are actionable and convenient. We use a guiding principle: “we need to explain data in a way that is easy to understand and relate to”.

IntoTheBlock is constantly adding new on-chain and fundamental indicators. We have major releases every quarter and these include both new indicators and new blockchains.

How often is the data updated?

Blockchain data is collected directly from blockchain activity with sub-minute latency and augmented with pricing and off chain datasets that are refreshed every few minutes. Some data is updated daily.

Why does IntoTheBlock use Machine Learning?

IntoTheBlock uses machine learning to convert blockchain data into knowledge and use that knowledge to progressively learn to understand and predict the behavior of crypto assets. IntoTheBlock signals get smarter as they process more data.

The IntoTheBlock infrastructure collects data from nodes of the top blockchains and replicates that info into big data warehouses optimized for fast data access.
